Vegetable Seed Portfolio Manager

As Product Manager, High-Tech, you will translate global crop strategies into regional market plans for tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers. You will interpret sales, forecast, market, and product information to support assortment decisions, product concepts, and market positioning. Collaboration spans Portfolio Management, Sales, Product Development, Marketing, Breeding, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze regional sales and forecasts to align product assortment
- Translate crop strategies into tactical and operational plans
- Shape product concepts and product-market combinations
- Provide technical expertise for customer plans
- Coordinate introductions and existing variety seed allocation
Requirements:
- Eight or more years in agriculture, horticulture, or product management
- Higher education in agriculture, horticulture, plant science, or business
- Strong understanding of agricultural markets and customers
- Ability to interpret market, sales, forecast, and product data
- Eligibility for company auto insurance coverage
Use strategic thinking, agricultural expertise, and relationship-building skills to advance Enza Zaden's regional vegetable portfolio.
