Job Profile and Descriptions

· Supports the Sales Account Manager in attaining monthly and annual targets.

· Is instrumental in assuring focused and productive communication with new and existing clients on an operational level.

· Supports the Sales Account Manager in resolving all inquiries from the customers and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Maintains a daily reporting structure with the Sales Account Manager to provide constructive feedback on customer's activities to ensure the nature of the inquiries received is in line with Leki Aviation's core services.

· Makes use of daily contact with the customers to promote other Leki Aviation capabilities; up-selling.

· Must obtain a skill-set assuring for proficiency in sourcing for material outside of the standard Leki Aviation product portfolio and furthermore be able to get manufacturer price lists once identified.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain and continuously develop a healthy relationship with new and existing customers.

· Provide sales and administrative support to the Account Sales Manager involving efficient handling of the day-to-day operations.

· Support the Sales Account Manager in attaining sales targets.

· Assist in the implementation of the sales strategy as prepared by the Sales Account Manager.

· Ensure effective communication with the logistics team for the status of orders.

· Create and update the status of quotations and sales orders in the database (QC).

· Maintain the company's contact database management (QC) with up-to-date contact and sales activity details.

· Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.

· Provide timely, constructive feedback and ideas to the Sales Account Manager on customer feedback on products and services.

· Identify business trends and forecast demand from customers.

· Monitor trends and evaluate the performance assessed against monthly sales goals.
