  We’re Hiring: Experienced Bartender

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and hospitality-minded Bartender to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience from greeting to farewell.

What You’ll Do

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant
• Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming first impression
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, sake, and other beverages accurately and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our beverage menu, cocktails, oysters, seafood, and food offerings
• Make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations based on guests’ preferences
• Proactively upsell food and beverage items whenever appropriate, including premium spirits, cocktails, wine, oysters, appetizers, desserts, and other menu offerings
• Prepare classic and signature cocktails consistently and according to recipe and presentation standards
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktail ingredients, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage pairings
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through additional food and beverage offerings
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout service
• Ensure proper bar setup, preparation, and breakdown before and after service
• Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• Monitor guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Support servers and teammates during busy service periods
• Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
• Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by the management

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a full-service restaurant or busy bar environment
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and beverage service
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sales skills and confidence in making recommendations and upselling
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and consistency
• Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent service standards
• Flexible and open availability is considered an asset
• Valid Serving It Right certification required
• Previous oyster bar or seafood restaurant experience is considered an asset
