• Demonstrated experience in I&IT service management.

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining detailed schedules in MS Project, ensuring activities are tracked to completion.

• Experience with meeting facilitation, meeting minute creation, action item tracking & follow\-ups.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience working independently and with both the business and technology teams.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• High level of proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience in ITIL methodology

  • Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills
