Sales Lead for Pandora Brand (Red Deer)

Join Pandora’s retail team as a Sales Lead, driving exceptional customer experiences and sales success. Leverage your sales expertise to connect authentically with fans and achieve ambitious goals. In this role, you will immerse yourself in Pandora's brand and culture while supporting Managers and Sales Associates.
Your focus will be to exceed sales performance while fostering team spirit as brand ambassadors. Use your product knowledge to create memorable shopping moments that build customer loyalty and drive store success.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed individual and store sales goals through connections
- Embrace and promote store culture among team members
- Deliver exceptional shopping experiences for every customer
- Achieve and surpass KPIs, setting new record sales
- Coach and inspire sales team for improved performance
Requirements
- At least 2 years in high-performance selling environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong charm and appeal to connect with all customers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems
- Adaptable availability and capability to lift 50+ pounds
