What You'll Do
- Perform pre-testing, visual fields, and contact lens training.
- Assist patients with frame selection and lifestyle-based lens recommendations.
- Take optical measurements and assist with eyewear dispensing.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate patient records and support daily clinic operations.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Qualifications
- Optical, optometry, or medical office experience is an asset but not required.
- Retail or customer service experience is highly valued.
- CCOA or Registered Optician designation is considered an asset.
