Our family is looking to employ a live-out nanny in Edmonton, Alberta, starting September 2026. We're aiming to find a kind, caring, trustworthy, creative, energetic and reliable individual to help support our family by providing childcare for our toddler and baby. We are looking for 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), 32-40 hours per week. We're hoping to find someone who is looking for a more long-term duration (at least 1 year). Service Requirements: Our home requires taking care of our toddler several days during the week when she is not in play school (engaging in play and developmentally appropriate activities stimulating her learning and development, meal times), as well as baby (feeding, napping, diapering, engaging in play, etc.) as well as some light housekeeping and laundry. It is an asset if you are willing to travel/have a vehicle. The ideal candidate: has experience providing care to two children, babies and toddlers with references has up to date basic first aid and CPR training is willing to complete a record check (or has a recent record check) has some early childhood education or is passionate about early childhood development is willing to work alongside parent/s based at home most of the time is creative, playful, observant and loves spending time with children We appreciate open mindedness to responsive parenting/attachment parenting. *Non-smoking only please.
