Hi! We're Dave and Christa, a family living in south Edmonton, Alberta. We're looking for a reliable, punctual, caring, and non-smoking nanny to become an important part of our family's routine. We are both shift workers (aviation and healthcare) with fixed schedules that change each month. Our work schedules are known in advance, so you'll receive your schedule at least one month ahead. We also have two friendly, well-trained dogs (one large and one small). We're looking for someone to care for our two boys, ages 8 and 5. Responsibilities include school and daycare drop-offs and pick-ups, driving to extracurricular activities, caring for the boys on scheduled weekends, occasional overnight care (private basement suite provided). This is a live-out position, and you'll need your own reliable vehicle to transport the children to school, daycare, and activities. Mileage is reimbursed whenever your vehicle is used for transporting our boys. Starting at $22/hour, with compensation negotiable based on experience and qualifications guaranteed salary based on a minimum of 160 hours per month, regardless of the number of hours scheduled or worked.
