Be the strategic lead for client accounts as a Senior Group Account Director at Sentrex Health Solutions. This role emphasizes your expertise in healthcare marketing, client relationships, and team leadership. In your role, you will direct the strategic vision for accounts while guiding the Account Management team to achieve operational excellence. With a focus on delivering thoughtful marketing strategies, you will ensure project priorities and client objectives are seamlessly aligned. Your leadership will help cultivate a high-performing culture centered around client success and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic oversight for marketing and communications deliverables
- Mentor the Account Management team for professional growth
- Manage project finances and ensure budget adherence
- Facilitate brand planning and communication strategy sessions
- Uphold client satisfaction and quality standards continuously
- At least 3-5 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare account direction
- Demonstrated success in strategic marketing and planning
- Strong focus on team mentorship and development
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented mindset
- Proven communication and relationship-building skills
