DELAN - IT Talent Solutions
Le CIO sera responsable de bâtir et d’exécuter la feuille de route TI d’une entreprise en forte croissance, en pilotant sa transformation numérique et en apportant une vision stratégique.
- Piloter la transformation TI et l'intégration des acquisitions
- Renforcer la résilience et la gestion des vulnérabilités en cybersécurité
- Encadrer les accès privilégiés et la continuité des affaires
- Effectuer la gestion de l’équipe TI et des différents fournisseurs technologiques
- Établir des standards de gouvernance et de qualité des données
- Structurer les données produits et les indicateurs de performance (BI)
- Explorer les occasions d'intelligence artificielle et bâtir une équipe dédiée
- Œuvrer dans un environnement de consolidation ERP et d’intégration de données
- 10+ années comme leader technologique, incluant un rôle de CIO ou de VP TI
- Expérience à bâtir et exécuter une vision stratégique TI en contexte de forte croissance
- Habileté à communiquer les enjeux technologiques à la haute direction
- Expérience en environnement de vente au détail et/ou manufacturier (atout)
- Maîtrise d’un système ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, Infor SyteLine, ou autres)
- Expérience professionnelle dans un contexte de fusions-acquisitions d’entreprises (atout)
- Approche pragmatique et forte orientation vers l'exécution
- Aisance à évoluer dans un contexte de changement organisationnel rapide
- Fort esprit de collaboration et capacité à mobiliser des équipes
- Certification PMP ou CISSP (atout)
- BAC en informatique ou l'équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Français et Anglais)
