Innovative Game Director for Thriving Mobile Game Development

This influential position seeks an experienced leader to partner with studio executives in realizing the game's vision. You’ll mentor a dedicated design team and adapt game systems based on player feedback and analytics. Key responsibilities include managing the game's economy and creating strategies for player retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive game vision with studio leadership
• Lead and inspire a team of designers and developers
• Guide the evolution of gameplay based on user data
• Oversee game economy and retention systems
• Collaborate with product and marketing for live ops
Requirements:
• Over 8 years in mobile game development
• Proven track record as Game Director or similar
• Strong understanding of game economies
• Ability to analyze data for design decisions
• Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
