Reporting to the Manager, Talent and Culture, the Talent and Culture Advisor plays an active role in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of programs and initiatives that shape the employee experience, develop talent, and strengthen organizational culture.

Working closely with the Talent, Culture and Development team, this individual contributes to the delivery of strategic projects while independently managing selected initiatives. They serve as a direct contributor to the evolution of our practices in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, culture, and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

Key Responsibilities :

Support Talent and Culture Programs

• Contribute to the planning, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes.

• Lead specific workstreams or projects related to talent development, organizational culture, and employee experience.

• Support leadership development programs and initiatives designed for high-potential talent.

• Participate in the design and implementation of tools, guides, and resources for managers and associates.

• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey and the action plans that follow.

Project Management and Coordination

• Plan and coordinate activities related to multiple projects simultaneously.

• Track timelines, deliverables, and success metrics to ensure project objectives are achieved.

• Collaborate with internal partners to engage stakeholders and support the successful adoption of initiatives.

• Assist in the organization and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, focus groups, and meetings with managers and associates.

Analysis and Recommendations

• Analyze data and trends related to Talent and Culture programs to identify improvement opportunities.

• Translate data insights and field observations into actionable recommendations.

• Support the development of executive presentations, dashboards, and reports for managers and HR teams.

• Conduct research on industry best practices to inform the evolution of programs and processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 to 6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or human resources.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English and strong interest in facilitation (

  Frequent communications with internal/external partners and/or clients/employees outside of Québec)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Experience coordinating or managing projects.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.

• Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
