Looking for weekend babysitter/housekeeper

Dear nannies and caregivers, We are looking for a babysitter-housekeeper to join our family and work on weekends. The work will be on both Saturday and Sunday, with a flexible schedule, 6 to 8 hours per weekend (3-4 hours per weekend day). We are located near Downtown Montreal, and we are easily accessible by bus and metro. About us:

• We have 3 kids: 8 y-o, 6 y-o and 4 y-o; they are sweet, loving, and very energetic.
• The work will consist primarily of taking tidying the house, but you can also expect to go outside with the kids, and take them to weekend activities.
• We pay on payroll, every two weeks. We also pay a performance and loyalty bonus every quarter (hourly rate of $23; bonus equivalent to $2 per hour worked - so the total hourly rate is up to $25).
• We have a checklist of home tasks for when you will not be with the kids, and everything will always be very clear with us in terms of expectations.
• We have a clean and sunny house next to a big park, and you can expect a loving working environment.

• Prior experience working with kids, private babysitting/nanny experience, daycare work or camp counselor experience a must
• Drivers licence & ability to drive a must
• You have experience working with several kids simultaneously
• You enjoy light housekeeping
• You are fluent in English
• ECE experience a big plus
• Ability to legally work in Canada
