Part-Time Household Manager & Housekeeper - 8h/week, Looking for a Proactive Housekeeper

We are a busy professional couple looking for a reliable, independent, and proactive person to help us with the day-to-day management of our home. We are ideally looking for someone for approximately 8 hours per week, including about 2 hours on the weekend to help with the cleaning and upkeep of my professional clinic. At home, we would like to delegate a significant part of our regular housekeeping: cleaning and tidying, laundry, ironing, changing and caring for bed linens, as well as meal preparation (mostly cooking our HelloFresh meals, with occasional additional recipes). Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can take initiative and notice what needs to be done, rather than needing a detailed task list at every visit. Our goal is to delegate some of the mental load involved in keeping a home clean, organized, and running smoothly. Occasional help with basic outdoor upkeep would also be a plus. Regarding the clinic, it is a small psychology clinic with 4 offices, a waiting room, a coat/storage area, a break room, and one bathroom. Approximately 2 hours each weekend should be sufficient for its regular upkeep. The work mainly involves vacuuming carpets, armchairs and sofas, dusting surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, tidying the spaces, and general cleaning. Windows would need to be cleaned approximately once a month. The goal is simply to have the clinic clean, welcoming, and ready for the following week. We do not have children yet, but we would ideally like to build a long-term relationship with someone who would eventually be comfortable adding some child-related responsibilities when the time comes. We currently have two cats, so being comfortable with and genuinely enjoying animals is important to us. Whenever you are at the house, we would appreciate having their food and water checked and their litter boxes taken care of as needed. We would also love to be able to occasionally rely on you for house-sitting/pet-sitting when we are away. Above all, we are looking for someone trustworthy, warm, organized, resourceful, and interested in building a regular and ideally long-term working relationship with us.
