Westmount, QC - Part time evening nanny position.

As a nanny matching service, we are currently looking for a truly reliable, experienced, and consistent nanny / mother’s helper for a family with two children, ages 3 years and 2 months. The position is available to start as soon as possible. The family is ideally looking for support:

• Monday to Sunday, approximately 4:30 PM to 7:00–8:00 PM
• Flexible on Weekends if you need one or 2 evenings off but would prefer someone who could do Saturdays and Sundays as well.
• Occasional daytime support of approximately 5 hours may be added when needed

The main responsibilities will include providing a warm, nurturing, and welcoming environment for both children, supporting the parents with the evening routine, ensuring the children’s safety, comfort, and well-being at all times, and engaging them through age-appropriate play and activities. The ideal candidate will:

• Be reliable, experienced, and consistent
• Have previous experience caring for newborns and infants
• Have a good understanding of infant and child development and age-appropriate needs
• Be warm, gentle, nurturing, and able to handle situations calmly and confidently
• Be responsible, self-directed, organized, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
• Be comfortable helping keep the kitchen and main living areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout the shift
• Be comfortable doing laundry
• Be looking for a long-term position and interested in building a strong relationship with the family
• Be fluent in English; French is a bonus

The expected hourly rate is approximately $22/hour, with flexibility up to $27/hour for the right candidate, depending on qualifications and experience. Before applying, please carefully review the following requirements:
