✨ We are looking for a Conscious Nanny to join our family 🤍 Not just someone to watch our children, but someone who becomes part of our family. We are a family of four living in Montreal: two parents, our 10-year-old child, and our 10-month-old baby. We are both entrepreneurs, which means life is full, dynamic, and sometimes unpredictable. We are passionate about the work we do and believe deeply in creating a positive impact in the world. We founded and run a learner-driven micro school in Montreal and I will be returning there part-time in September as we continue growing this vision. We are looking for a heart-centered, conscious nanny who sees childhood as magical and deeply important. Someone who brings warmth, presence, creativity, and calm while nurturing our children’s mind, body, and spirit. 🌿 The person we are looking for:

• Experienced and genuinely passionate about caring for babies, especially under 1 year old
• Warm, nurturing, reliable, organized, and holds themselves to high standards
• Emotionally mature, self-aware, and committed to personal growth
• Communicates with empathy and values emotional regulation, respectful parenting, and conscious caregiving
• Has a personal wellness practice (yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, or similar) that helps them show up grounded and present
• Loves nature, creativity, reading, music, movement, and meaningful play
• Familiar with Montessori, conscious parenting, or respectful caregiving approaches
• Comfortable supporting our family with healthy meal preparation, light household organization, and creating a peaceful home environment
• Bilingual (English/French preferred)
• Driver’s license is an asset

✨ Bonus if you have experience with:

• Infant development
• Yoga, mindfulness, art, music, or movement with children
• Nourishing, allergy-aware family meals

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. We are looking for approximately 20–25 hours/week and are open to discussing a reasonable salary based on experience, responsibilities, and fit.
