EY Tax Resource Management Director Position

- Manage deployment of Tax resources to fulfill strategic objectives
- Lead annual resource planning and financial forecasting processes
- Analyze data to support staffing and utilization goals
- Address and resolve open staffing needs in a timely manner
- Implement RM-related best practices in collaboration with leadership
- 10+ years in Resource Management or professional consulting
- Proven advisory capabilities to senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with large technological implementations
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
