As a key member of Tardif Metal, you will utilize your expertise in steel structures and metal fabrication. This position requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and an understanding of blueprints and welding. You’ll engage closely with project managers to validate customer drawings and optimize production efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Validate customer drawings against manufacturing standards
• Collaborate with project teams for manufacturability checks
• Conduct technical reviews and identify discrepancies
• Enhance production programs to boost efficiency
• Participate in assembly trials and recommend changes

Requirements:

• Vocational Studies in Welding and Fitting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfortable with Excel and other software tools
• Excellent autonomy and resourcefulness
