Accounting Manager CPA Manderley
Manderley Turf Products
Lead financial operations at Manderley as an Accounting Manager, applying CPA expertise and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central proficiency.
The Accounting Manager directs accounting functions for Manderley Turf Products. This position establishes accounting practices, prepares financial statements, and reports to top management. It also leads staff while addressing strategic direction and day-to-day operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to the finance team
- Manage payroll, payables, receivables, journals, and statutory reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual results
- Oversee capital assets, reconciliations, audits, and financial statements
- Formulate accounting policies, procedures, and controls
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of progressive accounting experience
- Required CPA designation
- Accounting or Business Administration diploma or degree
- Proficiency in Business Central, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
- Audit oversight, supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills
