With over 10 years in restaurant construction, you will lead a team of project managers and construction experts, overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality standards to support company growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for restaurant construction projects
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Lead and coach a team of construction professionals
- Establish vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Implement quality control processes to ensure standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of restaurant construction experience
- 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
- Proven track record managing large-scale construction projects
- Proficient in construction management software tools
