Assistant General Counsel for Products

In this pivotal role, you will provide legal advice to Product, Technology, and Marketing teams while managing legal and regulatory risks associated with new products. Your expertise in AI regulation, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws is essential as you ensure compliance and promote best practices. You will also play an integral role in creating legal resources tailored for business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel product teams on legal issues throughout the lifecycle
• Assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risks
• Review marketing materials and product communications
• Develop training materials and legal playbooks
• Provide legal support for strategic partnerships
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor degree; licensed in Minnesota, Texas, or Ontario
• Over 6 years experience in corporate or legal settings
• Knowledge of advertising laws and consumer protection regulations
• Excellent collaboration and process management skills
• Proven ability to navigate complex legal environments
