Nous sommes à la recherche d'un·e Vice -Président·e, Finances et administration — un·e leader senior rigoureux·se et stratégique, capable d'assurer la santé financière de Tink tout en veillant à l'excellence des fonctions administratives et humaines qui soutiennent l'ensemble de l'agence.

Dans ce rôle transversal et structurant, tu auras la responsabilité de deux grandes sphères :
<\/div>
Finances et comptabilité — gestion financière, planification budgétaire, reporting, conformité fiscale et supervision des opérations comptables
<\/div>
Administration — supervision du département Ressources humaines et du département Acquisition de talents
<\/div>
<\/div>
Tu siègeras au comité de direction de Tink et joueras un rôle déterminant dans la prise de décisions stratégiques, la saine gestion de l'agence et la création d'un environnement de travail où les gens s'épanouissent et performent.

Tâches et responsabilités du poste :
<\/h3>- Superviser l'ensemble des opérations financières et comptables de l'agence : facturation clients, comptes fournisseurs, comptes clients, paie, conciliations bancaires, rapports de taxes et clôtures de période;
<\/span><\/li> - Produire et présenter les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels à la direction et aux parties prenantes concernées;
<\/span><\/li> - Piloter le processus de planification budgétaire annuelle et assurer un suivi rigoureux des budgets par département et par projet;
<\/span><\/li> - Analyser la performance financière de l'agence, identifier les tendances, les écarts et les risques, et formuler des recommandations à la direction;
<\/span><\/li> - Assurer la conformité de Tink aux obligations fiscales, comptables et réglementaires en vigueur (TPS/TVQ, déductions à la source, équité salariale, etc.);
<\/span><\/li> - Gérer la relation avec les auditeurs externes, les institutions financières, les assureurs et les conseillers juridiques ou fiscaux;
<\/span><\/li> - Superviser les outils et systèmes comptables (Dynacom, EmployeurD ou équivalents) et piloter leur évolution en fonction des besoins de l'agence;
<\/span><\/li> - Veiller à la santé de la trésorerie, gérer les flux de liquidités et soutenir les décisions d'investissement ou de financement;
<\/span><\/li> - Définir et maintenir les politiques, procédures et contrôles internes financiers de Tink.
<\/span><\/li> - Assurer la supervision stratégique du département Ressources humaines et acquisition de talent : expérience employé·e, recrutement, politiques RH, relations de travail, gestion de la performance, avantages sociaux, programmes de reconnaissance et culture organisationnelle;
<\/span><\/li> - Agir comme partenaire stratégique de la direction sur les enjeux organisationnels : restructurations, planification de la relève, rémunération globale, gestion du changement;
<\/span><\/li> - Siéger au comité de direction et contribuer activement aux décisions stratégiques et opérationnelles de l'agence;
<\/span><\/li> - Apporter un éclairage financier rigoureux dans les discussions d'affaires : évaluation de la rentabilité des mandats, décisions d'investissement, gestion des risques financiers;
<\/span><\/li> - Contribuer à la définition et au suivi du plan d'affaires de Tink, en collaboration avec le PDG et les autres VP;
<\/span><\/li> - Représenter Tink auprès des partenaires financiers, des institutions et des organismes gouvernementaux le cas échéant.
<\/span><\/li> - Diriger, mobiliser et faire évoluer les membres de son équipe en leur offrant un leadership inspirant, une rétroaction régulière et un accompagnement stratégique;

<\/span><\/li> - Superviser les cycles d'évaluation de performance à l'échelle de la division et soutenir les directeurs·rices dans l'élaboration des plans de développement de leurs équipes;

Qualifications et caractéristiques requises
<\/h3>- Un minimum de 15 ans d'expérience en finance, comptabilité et/ou administration, dont au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de direction senior couvrant plusieurs fonctions;
<\/span><\/li> - Une solide expertise en gestion financière, comptabilité d'agence ou de services professionnels et en reporting financier;
<\/span><\/li> - Une expérience avérée dans la supervision de fonctions RH et/ou d'acquisition de talents, avec une compréhension des enjeux liés à la gestion des personnes en entreprise;
<\/span><\/li> - Une bonne connaissance de la législation du travail et fiscale québécoise;

In this cross -functional leadership role, you will oversee two key areas:

Finance and Accounting, financial management, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and oversight of accounting operations.

<\/h3>- Oversee all financial and accounting operations of the agency, including client billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and month -end and year -end closing processes;

<\/span><\/li> - Proven experience overseeing Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition functions, with a strong understanding of people management practices;
<\/span><\/li> - Good knowledge of Quebec labour legislation and tax regulations;
<\/span><\/li> - Strong leadership skills, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to effectively lead across diverse functions (finance, HR, recruitment);
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to leadership and managers;

<\/li><\/ul>Required Qualifications and Characteristics: <\/span>
<\/h3>- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or administration, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple functions;
<\/span><\/li> - Strong expertise in financial management, accounting within an agency or professional services environment, and financial reporting;
<\/span><\/li> - Proven experience overseeing Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition functions, with a strong understanding of people management practices;
<\/span><\/li> - Good knowledge of Quebec labour legislation and tax regulations;
<\/span><\/li> - Strong leadership skills, a high sense of accountability, and the ability to effectively lead across diverse functions (finance, HR, recruitment);
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial information to leadership and managers;
<\/span><\/li> - Proficiency with accounting and management systems (Dynacom, EmployeurD, or equivalent), reporting tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite;
<\/span><\/li> - CPA designation and/or a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent command of French, both written and spoken; a good working knowledge of English is required for this position
