Project Manager - Capital Markets FRTB

Join Procom as a Senior Project Manager - FRTB to lead crucial projects in capital markets. This hybrid position requires three days onsite in Mississauga, Ontario. Procom is searching for a Senior Project Manager for an 11-month contract. In this role, you will manage project phases including analysis and testing, focus on change management, and establish connections across Global Markets stakeholders. With your strategic management skills, you'll oversee the delivery of complex solutions effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct transformation and change management projects
- Manage project phases from analysis to completion
- Build relationships with Global Markets teams
- Ensure governance compliance for tools and processes
- Address project risks and escalate when necessary
- Over 10 years of project management experience
- Proficient in FRTB, specifically FX Delta and Risk Management
- Solid background in capital markets transformation
- Exceptional communication and analytical abilities
- Capability to drive change within a global organization
