As the Plant Controller, you will manage comprehensive financial reporting, conduct variance analysis, and enforce internal controls to promote profitability and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with plant leadership on financial strategies
- Prepare monthly financial forecasts and analysis
- Lead cost improvement initiatives and inventory management
- Oversee accurate month-end financial closing
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with financial standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5-10 years of manufacturing finance leadership experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and cost accounting
- Preferred CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials
