Director of Philanthropy at NHH Foundation

Lead fundraising strategies for transformative healthcare with Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation as the Director of Major Gifts & Campaigns. Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance donor engagement and secure substantial financial support. In this permanent, full-time role, the Director will report to the CEO and focus on developing major gift strategies to secure philanthropic revenue. Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating major gift prospects, executing capital campaigns, and managing donor relationships. This role is vital in shaping future healthcare initiatives in West Northumberland County. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive major gift strategies for revenue growth
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift prospects
- Lead capital campaign planning and execution
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers on fundraising goals
- Manage a diverse portfolio of major donors
- Minimum 5 years in major gift fundraising
- Proven track record securing significant donations
- Experience in capital campaigns preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to advancing community health
