L’assistant-gérant assiste le gérant de magasin dans la supervision des opérations quotidiennes, assure un haut niveau de satisfaction client et l’atteinte des objectifs de vente. Agit comme gérant en fonction en l’absence du gérant.
Tâches quotidiennes (sans s’y limiter)
- Assister le gérant dans les opérations quotidiennes et la gestion du personnel.
- Participer à la présentation, au remplissage des tablettes et à l’emballage/déballage des expéditions quotidiennes.
- Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel et régler les problèmes escaladés.
- Former, coacher et développer les employés.
- Assurer la gestion de l’argent ainsi que l’ouverture et la fermeture du magasin au besoin.
- Assigner des tâches à l’équipe et veiller à la sécurité et à la propreté.
- Effectuer des évaluations de rendement régulières et offrir de la rétroaction.
- Veiller au respect des politiques, procédures et normes de sécurité.
- Maintenir les normes de présentation visuelle.
- Responsable de l’embauche et de l’évaluation du rendement.
Que vous faut-il pour réussir ?
- Minimum de deux (2) ans d’expérience en commerce de détail.
- Au moins deux (2) ans en supervision ou en gestion.
- Grande disponibilité (jour, soir, fin de semaine).
- Compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision.
- Capacité à prioriser et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique, rapide et à fort volume.
