Part Time Counter Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Counter Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our establishment.

Responsibilities:- Greet customers and assist them with their orders- Handle food items with care and follow proper food handling procedures- Prepare and assemble food orders accurately and efficiently- Upsell products and promote specials to customers- Operate cash registers and handle transactions- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area- Assist kitchen staff as needed

Skills:- Proficient in basic math for handling transactions- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Prior experience in the food industry is a plus- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of food preparation techniques- Willingness to learn and help out in various areas of the establishment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.23-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
