JOB TYPE: Temporary full-time

SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essential

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide administrative support to the nursing unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years in length or the equivalent;
• Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);
• One year of previous experience is required;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365;
• Know of other software programs currently used within the Network;

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
• Good work history (performance and attendance);
• Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
• Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
