Quality Shift Manager at Fleetwood Metal

Leverage your cold stamping expertise in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Quality Shift Manager oversees the QMS and BMS integration at Fleetwood Metal Industries. You will coordinate the measurement team and oversee quality audits under IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards. The role requires coaching team members on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives within the operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external quality audits for compliance
- Coach team members on PDCA corrective actions
- Leverage audit results to drive continuous improvement
- Lead quality training for leadership on management systems
- Oversee document control aligned with corporate standards
- 3-5 years in quality or lead roles in manufacturing
- Post-Secondary education in related fields
- Strong communication and retention abilities
- Capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
