Senior Consultant for Deal Letter Quality

- Oversee end-to-end Deal Letter quality assurance
- Mentor Line Review Consultant team members
- Facilitate cross-functional Deal Letter execution
- Generate reports on Deal Letter effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Lead quality assurance and peer review efforts
- 3–5 years in retail or merchandising experience
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Expertise in Excel and familiarity with VBA/Python
- Solid grasp of category management and supply chain
- Proven partnership capabilities with cross-functional teams
