Key Responsibilities:

Discover capability, knowledge, adoption, and performance needs across R&D
Create learning products, tools, automations, and knowledge resources
Lead programs from discovery through launch and adoption
Improve R&D and developer onboarding continuously

Requirements:

Eight-plus years in technical product, program, learning, or enablement fields
Five-plus years supporting software engineering, product, data, or AI teams
Experience translating emerging technologies into adoption strategies
Hands-on prototyping with AI tools, APIs, integrations, or low-code platforms
Experience designing scalable learning products or technical onboarding
