THE OPPORTUNITY:  
TechInsights is looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to connect data with sales performance. You'll turn complex data into clear recommendations that help our sales team find high-value opportunities, decide where to focus, and close more deals.

Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, you'll find warm leads in engagement data, research customers and market trends, and build the reports and dashboards leadership uses to steer the business. You'll use AI-powered analytics and research tools every day, and you'll help the sales team adopt them too. This is a good fit for an early-career analyst who wants to see their work tied directly to revenue.

WHAT YOU’LL DO  
 
Data Analysis and Intelligence

• Find highly engaged contacts and active users within target accounts so the sales team can spot warm leads and prioritize outreach, using AI tools to uncover engagement patterns and build scoring models
• Research customers, competitors, and market trends, and give sellers timely news and insights that sharpen their strategies and pitches
• Analyze CRM and other data to evaluate sales performance, find ways to make the sales cycle more efficient, and use predictive analytics to forecast outcomes and recommend process improvements

Reporting and Data Management

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track key sales metrics, including AI-generated insights and predictive analytics, so leadership can make informed decisions
• Keep data in Salesforce and other sales tools accurate and reliable through regular cleanup and AI-assisted validation

Collaboration and Training

• Work closely with sales reps, sales leadership, and the Data Analytics team to understand what they need and deliver the right data and insights
• Help create training materials and best practices that support the sales team's use of data and adoption of AI tools

 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING  

• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and data modeling
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, including pulling data and building reports (Salesforce preferred)
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and turn findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• A collaborative style, including a willingness to help onboard and guide new team members
• Close attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Experience using AI-powered analytics, research, or data-quality tools considered and asset
• Exposure to sales operations, revenue operations, or B2B sales environments considered an asset

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

• Full time, in-office role in Ottawa, Ontario
• Extended computer use (6–8 hours daily) and close attention to detailed data on screen
