Staff Product Manager - Credit Experience

Shape intuitive credit solutions with Affirm as a Staff Product Manager on the Credit & Pricing team. You'll lead product strategy focused on enhancing consumer understanding and engagement with credit options. In this remote role, you will define and execute the vision for consumer credit experiences, ensuring simplicity and clarity. Your focus will be on delivering personalized user journeys, leveraging collaboration with design, engineering, and analytics teams. This role demands insight-driven decision-making and consumer-centric leadership across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Set and define cohesive credit experience strategies
- Build understandable credit exploration experiences for consumers
- Craft personalized journeys using research insights
- Translate merchant capabilities into user-friendly outcomes
- Drive product decisions across cross-functional teams
- 7+ years in product management, particularly in fintech
- Proven success in steering substantial product areas
- Expertise in translating complex systems into user-friendly experiences
- Strong analytical skills backed by customer research
- Ability to work independently and lead in ambiguity
