We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the organization's financial stability and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining and data collection to analyze risk factors
• Utilize mathematical models to assess and quantify risks
• Collaborate with various departments to understand risk exposure in financial services
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Perform risk analysis and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
• Utilize VBA for automation of risk modeling processes
• Negotiate with stakeholders to implement risk management solutions

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data modeling techniques
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of mathematical concepts
• Experience in risk analysis within the financial services industry is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex information
• Familiarity with VBA programming is a plus

Job Type: Fixed term contractContract length: 9 months

Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Montréal, QC (H3E): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
