Become a Senior Policy System Solutions Consultant with CGIC, providing innovative leadership in Guidewire systems. This temporary hybrid role emphasizes strategic initiatives, team development, and expert recommendations.
CGIC is looking for a Senior Policy System Solutions Consultant to enhance their Policy Admin Systems team. In this role, you will leverage 6-9 years of progressive insurance experience, delivering strategic insights and coaching team members. Your expertise in Guidewire systems will guide complex problem resolutions while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead system strategy and innovation for Guidewire solutions
• Oversee large-scale strategic projects successfully
• Coach and mentor consultants in policy administration
• Build relationships with IT and stakeholders for effective solutions
• Analyze data to align technology with business goals
Requirements:
• 6-9 years in the insurance industry
• University Degree in Business or Computer Science
• Experience in Guidewire system operations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• CIP or FCIP designation is preferred
Utilize your expertise in Guidewire systems and strategic project leadership at CGIC to drive innovation and efficiency.
