Broker Support Analyst - Remote Flexibility

Enhance your career as a Broker Support Analyst at Portage Mutual Insurance, offering vital Tier1 support for our broker network and internal users. This role includes troubleshooting and managing service inquiries remotely or in-office. In this position, you will support brokers and end-users by logging queries while maintaining communication on issue status. This role requires 1-2 years of experience in a business analyst or support role, alongside expertise in the P&C insurance sector. You will also assist in creating IT documentation and perform data analysis to improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier1 support for service/system inquiries
- Efficiently log and process service requests and incident reports
- Maintain records of incidents for diagnosing issues
- Assist in creating and maintaining IT documentation
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues when necessary
- 1–2 years of experience in support or business analysis
- Knowledge of P&C insurance preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Windows, Apple, and Android devices
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
