Your Role, Your Impact

International Mobility Case Management

• Coordinate domestic and international mobility cases from initiation to completion.
• Support employee relocations, international assignments, transfers, and immigration processes.
• Ensure accurate case tracking and document management throughout the mobility lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across mobility systems.

Immigration & Relocation Support

• Serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and vendors regarding mobility matters.
• Coordinate work permit, visa, and immigration processes with external providers.
• Support relocation logistics and vendor management activities.
• Monitor case progress and proactively address potential issues or delays.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to global mobility policies, local regulations, and internal approval processes.
• Stay informed about changes in immigration requirements and mobility practices across relevant jurisdictions.
• Support audit readiness and compliance reporting activities.
• Assess risks and escalate concerns when appropriate.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and business leaders.
• Communicate effectively with employees from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Provide guidance on mobility policies and processes while delivering a high level of customer service.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the enhancement of mobility programs, policies, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, employee experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Leverage mobility technologies and best practices to support business needs.
• Share knowledge and support team learning initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data tracking tools.
• Bilingualism French and English

Location: This role supports international mobility activities for employees moving to, from, or within Canada and may be based at any of Alstom's major hubs in St-Bruno (QC), Toronto (ON), Hornell (NY), or Pittsburgh (PA). For candidates based in Québec: Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.

Salary Range: Canada - $81K CAD to $100K CAD - United States - $77K USD to $90K USD
