- Supervise daily activities of servers, kitchen staff and other employees
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Train new hires
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Handle opening and closing procedures of restaurant
- Promote positive work environment through effective communication and conflict
- resolution
- Ensure that the workplace complies with food safety, sanitation and safety regulations
