Job Responsibility:
Rogue Custom Coatings is looking for an entry level powder coating assistant!
We are a fast paced growing company, and are looking to add another great member to our team. This is a full time position, with the opportunity for overtime and advancement.
The primary requires learning the powder coating process alongside the lead powder coater and shop foreman. This includes learning how to prepare and hang parts, masking and plugging, packaging finished goods, and the quality control process. Candidates will also learn the powder coat application process, gun techniques, and how to operate the curing oven. There is also opportunities to learn the blasting and chemical operations in the shop. General shop duties include cleaning, organizing, as well as running forklifts and other equipment.
This is a physical job requiring bending, lifting, and repetitive movements. Applicants must be self motivated, with good trouble shooting skills and a decent mechanical knowledge. A positive attitude is a must! Shop experience and/or prior coating experience will be given preference. Worker must have a reliable means of transportation, and able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
