Sales Manager

- Lead our sales efforts and enhance customer interactions as a Sales Manager. This role encompasses generating leads, achieving sales goals, and supporting operational needs in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving an exceptional customer service experience. You will build substantial relationships with customers and vendors while focusing on operational tasks to improve overall store performance. This position requires strong marketing skills and the ability to navigate a busy, engaging workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement sales goals and strategies
- Assist with operational functions and deliveries
- Ensure showroom merchandise is well-presented
- Strong interpersonal and marketing aptitude
- Must be 21 years old (18 in Canada)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior management experience or college education preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Lead initiatives in sales and customer connections to enhance team success and achieve meaningful goals.
