We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the commercial insurance space, with a strong focus on mid-market accounts. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our commercial insurance portfolio and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive commercial insurance growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to design and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Prepare and coordinate proposals and quotes to internal clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal clients throughout the insurance lifecycle.
- Extensive experience in the commercial insurance industry, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
- Proven track record of driving commercial insurance growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of property and casualty insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant insurance certifications preferred. i.e. CAIB or CIP.
