Field Glazing Administrator
Lux Windows and Doors is seeking ambitious, mindful, detail oriented individual with a drive to provide the highest level of internal and external customer care in this fast paced industry.

Main Duties:
- Follow up with internal and external customers to ensure schedules are confirmed and services are completed as planned.
- Update orders as required.
- Monitor supply chain reports.
- Confirm and follow-up on orders.
- Issue purchase orders to contractors.
- Match contractors' invoices with corresponding purchase orders
- Follow up with clients to confirm work completion.

- Ability to manage high volumes of customer inquiries.
- React quickly to changing situations and find effective solutions.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft suite, ERP, CRM, etc...)
- Good organizational skills
