Customer-Focused Service Advisor Role

You will serve as the key link between clients and technicians, ensuring clarity and satisfaction in all interactions. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and document their vehicle concerns
Prepare precise repair orders and obtain authorizations
Communicate repair status and updates effectively
Present honest service recommendations to customers
Foster long-term customer relationships through follow-ups

Requirements:

2+ years automotive service advising experience preferred
Strong communication skills in-person and over the phone
Comfort with enterprise software and digital tools
Disciplined and self-motivated mindset
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
