Senior UX Researcher in User Experience

We’re on the lookout for a Senior UX Researcher with a strong background in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. You will partner with product, design, and data teams to create a research roadmap that ensures user-centric decision-making. You’ll analyze data to provide strategic recommendations and mentor junior researchers, fostering an inclusive environment focused on continuous improvement in UX practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the research roadmap alongside key teams
- Conduct user research to uncover critical insights
- Analyze and synthesize diverse data sources
- Draft clear reports to guide design choices
- Promote user research benefits across all teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience research
- Proficient in research methods: usability testing, surveys, focus groups
- Skilled in tools like Qualtrics and other research platforms
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives
- Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
