AO Globe Life is seeking personable, motivated individuals for a remote insurance sales role. This opportunity may suit someone with customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience who enjoys listening, explaining information clearly, and following through.

Globe Life has more life insurance policyholders than any other life insurance company in North America.

You will help clients review permanent and portable life insurance benefits, including whole life coverage, as well as supplemental health and accident protection. Our work primarily serves union and association members, credit union members, and working families.

What you will do

• Contact clients using leads provided at no cost and arrange appointments over Zoom.
• Ask questions to understand each family's protection needs.
• Explain available coverage and help clients make informed purchasing decisions.
• Complete insurance applications and provide ongoing follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in regular training.

What you bring

• Strong listening skills and clear spoken and written English.
• A professional, friendly approach to client conversations.
• Organization, reliability, and a willingness to be coached.
• Confidence with basic computer software, email, and video meetings.
• A provincial life insurance licence, or willingness to complete LLQP and obtain the required licence.

Applicants must reside in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or Newfoundland and Labrador and be legally entitled to work in Canada.
