Accueille les locataires et les employés ; annonce l'arrivée des clients, des candidats et des visiteurs. Répond rapidement aux demandes spécifiques des locataires, des employés et des visiteurs en fournissant des informations précises et complètes. Répond au téléphone de manière aimable et professionnelle. Reçoit et transfère les appels entrants vers le personnel ou les locataires concernés ainsi que vers les messageries vocales.
Veille en permanence à la bonne tenue de la réception, du hall d'accueil, des salles de conférence, de l'espace café et des autres espaces communs.
Compétences requises : Professionnalisme et expérience de bureau
Capacité à communiquer couramment et régulièrement avec des clients francophones et anglophones situés hors du Québec
Autonomie
Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
