Allied Universal est à la recherche d’un(e) Superviseur de Site en Sécurité , Bilingue et Expérimenté(e) a Ottawa, ON.
Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de superviser les opérations de sécurité quotidiennes, d’encadrer une équipe d’agents de sécurité et d’assurer un service de qualité auprès de notre client.
Lieu de travail : Ottawa , ON
Type de poste : Temps plein
Horaire : Lundi au vendredi | 7h00 à 15h00
Salaire : 24,00- 26.00 $/heure
Qualifications recherchées
*** Minimum de 1 an d’expérience en supervision ou en gestion d’équipe (exigé). ***
Bilinguisme français et anglais.
Expérience en gestion d’équipe, supervision d’agents de sécurité ou coordination des opérations.
Une expérience en techniques policières ou une formation dans un domaine connexe est considérée comme un atout.
Détenir un permis BSP valide.
Carte de premiers soins valide ( CNESST ).
Capacité à rédiger des rapports détaillés et à utiliser les outils informatiques de base (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Expérience avec les systèmes de vidéosurveillance ( CCTV ), le contrôle d’accès ou les systèmes d’alarme, un atout.
Excellentes capacités d’observation, de jugement et de résolution de problèmes.
Être âgé(e) de 18 ans ou plus.
Être autorisé(e) à travailler au Canada.
Responsabilités principales
Superviser, encadrer et soutenir l’équipe de sécurité durant le quart de travail.
Assurer la répartition des tâches et le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes.
Effectuer le suivi des présences, des absences et des remplacements au besoin.
Gérer les incidents, situations urgentes et imprévus avec professionnalisme.
Former et accompagner les nouveaux employés dans leurs fonctions.
Effectuer les rapports d’incidents et assurer une communication efficace avec la direction et le client.
Veiller au respect des procédures, des politiques de sécurité et des standards de qualité.
Effectuer des rondes de supervision et assurer le maintien d’un haut niveau de service.
