  • Identify new planning opportunities as clients' needs evolve.
  • Build long-term relationships that promote client retention and loyalty.
  1. Drive Organic Growth
  • Ask for introductions as part of ongoing client reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate outside assets and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Participate in educational webinars, client events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the firm's continued growth through relationship management and community engagement.
  1. Compliance & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM documentation.
  • Complete a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) for prospective clients.
  • Ensure Know Your Client (KYC) information and regulatory documentation remain current.
  • Comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain all required licenses, professional designations, and continuing education requirements.

  • Assets include a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in good standing, as well as proficiency with financial planning software.

Education and Experience

  • Proven track-record in sales and/or experiences in financial services, ideally working with business owners, incorporated professionals, or high-net-worth clients.
  • An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.

What We Offer

  • A full-time position, with an anticipated start date by September 1, 2026.
  • A compensation package including a base salary range of $60,000-$70,000 plus bonus.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, retirement savings program and vacation package.
  • Reimbursement for eligible licenses, professional memberships, designations and approved professional development courses.

  • A collaborative, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.

Total compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience, qualifications, licenses, and overall profile.
