As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and account managers, learning how to identify top talent, build meaningful relationships, and become a trusted advisor to candidates and clients alike.
What You’ll Do
- Source and engage top talent through networking, referrals, social media, and proactive search strategies
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess skills, experience, and career objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with professionals across your assigned industry sector
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client hiring needs and recruitment priorities
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and talent movement
- Develop your own recruitment strategy and business plan within your assigned specialization
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through professionalism, communication, and follow-through
What We’re Looking For

- Proven ability to build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, athletics, or other performance-driven environments is considered an asset
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred
