Who are you?

You are an experienced Document Controller with 5+ years of post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that document management aligns to policy and procedures for the organization and meets contractual obligations. 
• Maintains accurate records and ensures the consistent application of document control processes across the program. 
• Manages effective communication of outputs to all stakeholders. 
• Supports the submittals process and other relevant contract processes. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with document management and control.
• Exposure to document management workflows and systems (preferably Autodesk Construction Cloud)
• Completion of a diploma in a related discipline or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and confident interacting with a variety of program stakeholders
• Experience with SharePoint 
• Ability to function in a high demand environment 
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload 
• Available to work 5 days in office at client site
• Strong microsoft skills in Word and Excel

The base salary range for this full-time role is $85,000 - $125,000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
